Free ground shipping on all domestic orders $99 or more. Exclusions apply:

- Expedited shipping available for a fee.
- Applies only to U.S. delivery addresses in the continental 48 states. Addresses in Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping.
- If the items qualify for free shipping but your order also contains ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.
- Fees may apply if a signature is required at delivery.
- May be used in conjunction with a promotion code.
- The qualifying amount is the subtotal of the products purchased after any other promotions or discounts are applied and excludes sales tax.
- Not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent.

International Orders
Orders will ship via Fedex which is determined based on price. For an estimate of shipping costs please contact [email protected]. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
DELIVERY
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
- Orders received after 1:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following day.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
- Saturday deliveries are possible for an additional cost. Choose Saturday delivery at check out.
- There are certain dates (major holidays) that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
- Orders over $1000 in value will require a signature upon delivery.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEES
We do not offer a money back guarantee, however, we will accept returns if the product is returned in its original and sealed packaging within 30 days of receipt.
RETURNS
Products purchased through Tempaper may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from your original purchase from our website, www.tempapershop.com. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. Upon receipt of your return, Tempaper will process a credit to your credit card. Customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
Exchanges will not be charged return shipping costs or handling fees. Upon receipt of your exchange, Tempaper will review and confirm the product is in the original packaging. Once confirmed, Tempaper will approve and ship your exchange at no additional cost.
Custom orders, custom decals, prints sold by the square foot, sold by the panel, sale items, and final sale orders are not returnable/refundable unless there is a visible defect with the item (e.g. printing defect with the pattern).You must follow the Tempaper return procedure below to receive a credit. Wallpaper samples may not be returned for any reason. If you would like to return wallpaper purchased through a retailer, and not through our website, you must process the return through the store you purchased the product from.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Tempaper will replace merchandise due to manufacturing defects, shipping damage or shipping error within 30 days of the date of purchase. There is no restocking fee for defective, damaged or shipping error merchandise, and return shipping charges will be waived. To report damages or defects, please email [email protected] for assistance.
When we have received your merchandise in unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card within 10-15 business days. For questions or concerns, please contact customer service at 732-920-2654.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
If you've provided a valid email address, you will receive two emails after placing an order. The first email will confirm your order. The second email will confirm shipment of your order and provide you with a tracking number.
